The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 49.96 per cent at Rs 39.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 49.06 per cent to Rs 39.71 crore from Rs 77.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 116.25 per cent at Rs 1.73 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.80 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 115.74 per cent to Rs -0.17 crore as against Rs 1.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 130.66 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 75.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 146.15 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.13 crore).
